Orders are processed within 4β7 business days. During influencer promotions or high-traffic events, please allow an additional 3 business days for fulfillment. We ship via USPS Priority and First Class, and tracking will be sent via email once your order ships.
Please allow 3β5 extra days for orders placed around holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and major sales.
Certain high-demand items may take longer to process. Be sure to review the product description for any special timeframes.
π Address Accuracy & Order Review
To protect both you and our brand, we reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if we believe it may be fraudulent β especially if billing and shipping information do not match.
Shipping labels are generated exactly as entered. Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect information, redelivery fees may apply, along with a 50% restocking fee.
π International Orders
We ship worldwide from the United States. International orders typically take longer, and customs fees may apply. Please include a valid phone number to help with customs clearance. Any import duties or taxes will be communicated by UPS via email.
π Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie, toys, and personal items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
